REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Mr. Langhenry is a Principal of National Realty Partners – a real estate marketing and consultation firm based in Dallas, Texas, and Managing Director of National Appraisal Group (offices in Dallas and Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL). In the real estate profession in Dallas since 1983, Mr. Langhenry has extensive experience in the marketing, acquisition, leasing, development and management of a wide range of investment properties.
Sales transactions have included retail, industrial, office, condominium developments, multi-family residential and ranches. National real estate assignments have included properties in 20 states – Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Vermont. Numerous sales negotiated have involved sale/leaseback arrangements or long-term triple net lease agreements. Many transactions have been structured to facilitate an IRC 1031 exchange. Commercial construction/development and renovation experience.
Prior business activities included a role as Credit Analyst for a major Dallas area bank. Determined creditworthiness of commercial borrowers by means of detailed financial statement analysis. Also engaged in the areas of collateral review, loan pricing and loan grading.

Married, two sons who are Eagle Scouts. One son graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Real Estate. One son is enrolled in the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Member/Reserve Deacon, Highland Park Presbyterian Church. Member, Royal Oaks CC. Hobbies include golf, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and travel.
