PERSONAL
Taylor Johnson has 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Real estate experience includes property tax appeals, consulting, acquisition/disposition (brokerage), property management, project leasing, loan underwriting, loan securitization summaries, and market feasibility studies.
Taylor has taught real estate appraisal at Northlake Community College in Irving, Texas and Kaplan Real Estate School in Dallas, Texas, and was formerly a certified national USPAP instructor (currently inactive). He has also taught real estate continuing education classes approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for licensees and brokers and was previously a TREC approved instructor.
He has negotiated numerous retail and industrial leases and brokered retail and office properties. He has managed multitenant retail strip centers, including handling finish-out bids and execution, as well as maintenance and operations.
